If you are like me, you get up in the morning and the first thing thats on your mind is supper..... What am I going to make for supper?? I don't always enjoy cooking, so on days where I didn't feel like making much, I make Giso (Paraguayan dish) Here are a few pictures on how to make it....
fry some onions in a bit of oil
cut up some meat, I did pork.. you can also do ground beef or stew beef.
fry that with the onions
add seasoning: I did Chilli powder, seasoning salt, garlic powder and regular salt.
add water, depends how watery you want it to be.
add noodles, does not matter what kind.
add tomato paste
finished product
We eat it with sour cabbage salad or tossed salad and garlic tst..
its great!!
